~MY MOM She is a bigger skeptic/"hard-sell" than I am! Eventually gave products a try. (Finally!) Now, she feels better than she ever has and can't live without them! She even bought an 18-month supply to take with her on her mission to South America. (She fears running out!).

Hi! I'm Tanja Schaffer, Silver Director. After trying to make money in other network marketing companies, and never being able to earn anything at all, I concluded that they were designed to make only a select few individuals all the money. Indeed, not too long ago, most network marketing companies catered to sales sharks, which most people are NOT.

Although I am a very out-going person who loves people, I am NOT a sales shark. In fact, I have never enjoyed high-pressure selling. One reason is that I tend to be a skeptical consumer whom I'd call a real "hard-sell", and the idea of trying to sell something to someone else like me intimidates me!

Fortunately, I do enjoy teaching. One of the great things about USANA is that when we use, and see others use the products, we then witness, with our own eyes, such wonderful benefits that we can't help but share the stories with others! (It's just like recommending a good movie or restaurant.)

USANA is also superior at educating us about health/nutrition/skincare; how to make $, run this business, build ourselves/character. . . and improve ourselves in so many ways! As part of USANA, we can become HEALTHY, WEALTHY, and WISE!!! All of this is so fun to TEACH others!

I have loved being my own boss, setting my own schedule, choosing my own people with whom to work, and building those friendships/relationships.

How fulfilling it is to take the role in actually helping people maintain optimal health and give them a chance to earn extra income!!!

When it comes to residual income, accompanied with leverage (other people working FOR YOU), USANA proves itself as my hero.

Not long after reaching Silver Director status, I experienced some very difficult times within a long-time personal relationship and lost all focus. The fact that I put "working the business" on hold for a few years never did interfere with my continuous consumption of the products, however! What was so comforting---especially during those mentally hard times, though, was that as long as I continued to sell products I could still count on receiving a weekly income from USANA---AND (here's the best part!) it was income earned from the work I had put in a long time ago! How worth it is that?!
